Standing Pole Qigong

(Xing Yi Zhuang Gong)

This is an excellent qigong exercise created by my Master Faye Yip's grandfather.

He was a doctor and developed forms to aid his patients with rapid recovery from illness or injury and to help them cope with long term ailments.

It is based on the inner essence of Xing Yi Quan and Qigong. It is intended to improve both internal amd external health - both the physical and mental aspects of wellbeing.

It was first promoted in hospitals in the north of China as a complementary treatment to Chronic illnesses such as lung, liver, and heart ailments. It was also prescribed to patients as rehabilitation treatment after operations. The exercise proved to be highly efficient and beneficial with good results. It was also found to be excellent for people looking to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
