Holistic therapy can offer a natural way of caring for one's health. It will not produce 'miracle' cures but what it can do, is offer a form of treatment that can do much to improve the general state of mental and physical well-being and to promote a state of balance within mind and body, which enables one to cope better with illness, stress, fatigue, and helps the body to heal itself.
It is necessary to fill in a questionnaire regarding your general health, lifestyle and medical history before undergoing initial treatment. This will ensure that you receive a safe and effective treatment.
A Holistic Therapist is not a medically trained doctor and cannot replace the expertise of a general medical practitioner or specialist. They can, however, offer support and advice to enable better coping strategies and preventative practices and support allopathic medicines prescribed by medical doctors.
How Long Does A Therapy Session Last?
An initial therapy session includes a FREE 30 minute consultation period, so that your first appointment will be 90 minutes. Each session after this will be 60 minutes long, unless you request a longer therapy session. The cost for each therapy differs but is priced per 60 minute session.
